We had our ‘nu floor’ installed yesterday.  It looks fabulous.  I’m so glad that we replaced the carpet with hardwood because it really improves the look and feel of our great room.

 

Thanks very much to you and Maria for helping us choose the right product and for coordinating the job.  Also want to pass along my thanks to your installers. Russ and Jessie were very professional. I felt like they took as much care to lay my floor as they would their own. They were courteous and friendly and even took the initiative to ask whether we would mind if they had music playing quietly while they worked.

 

My wife is quite particular about sawdust in her flower beds so the fellows took care to lay down a tarp under their equipment and when it came time to cleanup at the end of the day they surprised me by doing as good a job as we would have done. I know when it comes time to purchase other flooring we won’t hesitate to come back and see you again.

I just wanted to send you a note as to the floor that you just completed at our home - it was completed to our satisfaction completely from the start to finish!  The whole experience was professionally done, from the picking out of the tiles to the final product.  Jane and I we're very impressed with the way Nufloors carried out the job and would like to thank you very much.

 

Our thanks goes out to Tony as well, for a beautiful floor design and work ethic. He left the area spotless every night and gave us great directions as to where to step as well. Considering that we only have one entrance to the house, I'm sure it was challenging to make it easy for us! The tile sizes being different from the original design made for additional challenges, and we really appreciate the work that has gone into completing the floor so nicely! What a difference!

 

I was very impressed with the way your team worked with Studder's to complete the project in a timely manner as well!

Just wanted to write and say how much we are enjoying our new floors.  The product is lovely, and I know we'll have many years to appreciate them.

 

We also wanted to mention the job Russ and his son Jessie (sp?) did doing the installation. They were true professionals in every way, extremely good at their craft. They were polite, sensitive to being tidy while they were both inside and outside, which I certainly appreciated.

 

We've had a few people see the floors since they've been in, and compliments all around.

I just wanted to send you an email to make sure you knew how awesome your sales staff and installers are. Your salespersons are very helpful – to us and our customers – and they are speedy and efficient in returning calls and quotes.

 

I appreciate the excellent customer service that I have received, and I wanted to make sure that you knew this also. I primarily use Dale and have not looked at another flooring company since starting with Nufloors! Any disputes with products, installation, or craftsmanship are quickly resolved and fixed. Good job and keep up the good work!

 

I wish I could clone you and make you my painting sub trades too!
