Rick and Catherine were thrilled with quality service and installation they received from Nufloors Langley with their recent purchase of Mannington Adura vinyl plank flooring.

In a space once broken up with patches of hardwood, outdated “Soccer Ball Pattern” sheet vinyl and carpet the new antique woodgrain they chose opened up the area and allowed them to rearrange their furniture in new ways to maximize their living space.

At first, Rick and Catherine were concerned with how traditional sheet vinyl could be installed with a stationary island in the middle of the kitchen, and many sharp angles from the walls. They were afraid there would be many cuts and seams showing. So when salesperson Athena Allen introduced Adura Luxury Vinyl Plank to them they fell in love. Now they could have the comfort and durability of vinyl without the installation hassle.

 

They were equally amazed with the installation expertise of installer Ed Klinger…”I love how the pattern matches up and there are no lines or breaks…not even in the doorway” said Rick “He did a fantastic job”.

Hi Athena, 

I just want to brag about my hardwood floors. Hugo and his brother did a fantastic job. And, I mean fantastic. They look absolutely gorgeous. Both men were very nice and fastidious. There was minimal dust considering the job and everything was cleaned up perfect by the time they finished. 

I just keep looking at the floors and admiring them. 

Now on to the next project.

Blackberry Lane III

We would like to let you know how pleased we are with the entire process of replacing our Lobby Floor at BlackBerry Lane III. All the staff at Nufloors treated us well, but we were extremely pleased with our Salesperson, Sherisse Bigland...and our installlers Julian and Kyle...they went out of their way to be helpful and make the whole process as convenient as possible for us all. We had used Nufloors before, so when it came time to continue on the updates to our home we naturally put them first on our list. We were pleased when Oliver Pederson at Nufloors Langley was able to find the exact matching product as we had used previously.

 

The Oak hardwood we installed was a wonderful finish to the renos in our Kitchen and Nook area. The crews from Nufloors were great; the initial job went very well. We had a few tweaks later that needed attention, their service tech handled everything right away.

 

As a final job we also added a highly recommended Stainmaster Carpet to our Family Room. We will continue to use Nufloors for any our flooring needs….and recommend them to our friends.”

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the great service that I received from Nufloors.  When I purchased my flooring in February, I did not anticipate that I would not be prepared to have the new floors laid until April.  I so appreciated your patience in storing my goods until I was in the position to have them laid.

 

Your service technicians who installed the floors, the linoleum and the carpet, were extremely professional.   They were informative and I was pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness of my home at the time of their departure.

 

Naturally, when you are pleased with the product and service, you do recommend your friends and family to take the opportunity to visit your store for their flooring needs.

A bright spot was the advice we received from Nufloors, their help in the finishing process took a lot off our minds.  Nufloors was there at every step of the way, if any question came up it was dealt with right away. The ceramic and hardwood flooring were a highlight.  Nufloors is to be commended. John, the hardwood installer, did a fantastic job on the staircase. The glass tile installed in the kitchen is a masterpiece with a “3D”look that is fabulous.

Shirley was concerned when the new Mannington floor she purchased in 2008 was getting stained by the legs of a water cooler she had placed in her kitchen.

 

In her words, “What a pleasant surprise when the Service Manager at Nufloors told me that her floor was covered by warranty even though the installation was over 2 years old. It was just a simple matter of picking a new replacement pattern."

Shirley picked out a new replacement from the Stainmaster vinyl floor collection. She took the opportunity to bring the pattern up to date and have some other work done at the same time.
