Little did I think when I decided to do my kitchen floor and bedroom floor that it would be so easy.  Linda, you made picking out the flooring and laminate so easy for me.  I could tell that you take great pride in your business.  As for Ed, well, what a hoot.  He was a joy to have around and his work is impeccable.  I am sooooooo impressed.  Again, thank you for everything and you can count on me coming back to have the rest of the house done.

To Linda and the staff at Quesnel Nufloors:

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how happy I am with my new  floor and to thank you for the wonderful service you gave to me.  When I first approached Nufloors about replacing my old carpet, Linda was prompt in setting an appointment for measuring my rooms and very knowledgeable about what products and designs would best fit my home and lifestyle.   Once I chose the new flooring, Linda was able to book the installation to fit in with my schedule and assigned the very best to do the work!  Ed was excellent.   I was given a time frame for the work to be completed, but was pleasantly surprised to see that it was finished a day early and when I came home the last day, the rooms were spotless.   All the debris had been hauled away each day and if it wasn't for my new floors, I would not have known someone was working there each day.   Once again, thank you Nufloors for my new flooring - it is the perfect product for me and I know I will enjoy it in the coming years.

I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service your employees gave when they replaced the flooring in Hazel’s house.  I really appreciated their positive attitude and willingness to do little extras to help us.  They also acted like they enjoyed their jobs and were proud of their work.

 

Employees like these are what makes a business successful and keeps customers returning to your store.  Thank you again.
