We have received the paid invoice copy for the blinds, thank you.  We just wanted to send a short note, to once again comment on the great customer service as well as the wonderful job that was done on the floors, carpeting, backsplash and roman shades.  It has been a pleasure to get to know your lovely family - "Great fun!" - and the crew of John, George and Dave.  You will be highly recommended and we will definitely be back when more work is to be done.  Keep smiling!

Dear Gord/Mike:

We wanted to send our thanks for the great service from Garnat Flooring.

Mike's help in selecting a floor/wall tile to compliment our vanity and fixtures gave us just the look we were hoping for.  Everyone who's seen it comments on how beautiful the mosaic border is and how well it sets off the look of the tile.  We also appreciate your readiness to correct the damaged border tile immediately.

We wanted to let you know, as well, how impressed we were with the tile installation.  George's attention to detail and the care taken to do the job right were very much appreciated.  If he noticed that a measurement we had suggested didn't look right, he drew it to our attention to ensure that we would be satisfied with the finished look.  It's obvious that he takes pride in his workmanship.  It's little things like that that keep customers happy.  George's personable nature and conscientiousness make him a real asset to your business.
