Holy smokes… I thank you so very much!  I love my carpet!

But I have to say thank you most for reminding me the importance of customer service. 

You and your store and your consideration, patience and incredible service have reminded me that kindness goes a really long ways, always.

I am grateful to know that Nufloors was a huge part of healing my home and that Vernon is a better community because people like your people are here.

It’s with happy excitement to share with our community in Vernon, how a group of wonderful people transformed our home into such a functional, updated place to enjoy!  Not only did they suggest the perfect solution – they out-performed in workmanship with trades people that went the extra mile.  We have become not only clients, but “friends” with all who were involved.  Not to ever be forgotten – we will always count these people in our lives as a blessing to us.

Good afternoon Glenn,

I understand that you are one of the owners of Nufloors in Vernon. 

I am writing to provide feedback on recent customer service that I received at your store in Vernon.  I have just taken possession of a hobby farm outside of Enderby and have moved from Canmore.  Before I moved in, I needed to have some work done in the house to change the carpet and paint.  I worked with Liz Fritsch to choose paint colours, carpet and coordinate having this work done.  Other than an initial face to face meeting with Liz, all aspects for this project were handled over the phone and by email, as I was still living in Canmore.

I wanted to tell you how impressed I am with Liz’s efficiency and level of professionalism.  She coordinated all the logistics between the painters and carpet installers to ensure that a top quality job was done in the house.  She even drove in from Vernon today to check and make sure that things looked good.  This quality of customer service is a rare commodity these days!  I wanted to make sure that her high quality of work is recognized.

Liz has been a pleasure to work with and when I decide to change additional flooring in the kitchen, I’ll be calling her again.  In this business, word of mouth is powerful and I would not hesitate to recommend your store to others.
