I am very pleased with the installation of my flooring and tile work that was just completed at my home. I was really impressed with the floor and tile installers. Garth called me 10 minutes before arriving to let me know where he was and arrived earlier than I expected, which was great as I was late for work! He was very personable and the icing on the cake was the phone call at 1:26 pm to say he was just "cleaning up". Wow - I thought it was 2 day job! Then later in the evening, he called to ask how I liked the floors; this is excellent customer service. Again - VERY happy with my choice and very happy with the service I have received on my tile work and flooring. I will definately recommend Nufloors to my friends; you and your staff have been very helpful.

Monique was fabulous - her workmanship was beautiful and I have had tons of compliments; I wish my kitchen was larger so I could have had more tile to display!

I was very apprehensive re installing new flooring in my home, until I did.

Working with Liz can only be described as a joy. Her knowledge of flooring combined with her honesty, kindness exceeded beyond all expectations. From measurements to estimates and final installation for vinyl and hardwood come under the heading of professional services, which I feel they delivered.

Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is in need of the above services.

I would like to pass our heartfelt thanks and our appreciation to Paul who installed our new laminate flooring. He had a challenge as there was tile, carpet and laminate to be removed - the tile being the real challenge - he met each work day head on with a great friendly attitude and his attitude was to get the job done and do it right. Totally an awesome person and one that knew his trade extremely well - it was a pleasure having him around every day. We would recommend his work ethic unconditionally. Thanks Paul, a job so well done and we do appreciate all your efforts with the many challenges you ran into.

Holy smokes… I thank you so very much!  I love my carpet!

You and your store and your consideration, patience and incredible service have reminded me that kindness goes a really long ways, always.

Good afternoon Glenn,

I understand that you are one of the owners of Nufloors in Vernon. 

I am writing to provide feedback on recent customer service that I received at your store in Vernon.  I have just taken possession of a hobby farm outside of Enderby and have moved from Canmore.  Before I moved in, I needed to have some work done in the house to change the carpet and paint.  I worked with Liz Fritsch to choose paint colours, carpet and coordinate having this work done.  Other than an initial face to face meeting with Liz, all aspects for this project were handled over the phone and by email, as I was still living in Canmore.

I wanted to tell you how impressed I am with Liz’s efficiency and level of professionalism.  She coordinated all the logistics between the painters and carpet installers to ensure that a top quality job was done in the house.  She even drove in from Vernon today to check and make sure that things looked good.  This quality of customer service is a rare commodity these days!  I wanted to make sure that her high quality of work is recognized.

Liz has been a pleasure to work with and when I decide to change additional flooring in the kitchen, I’ll be calling her again.  In this business, word of mouth is powerful and I would not hesitate to recommend your store to others.
